Bu birikim\, farklı tarihsel dönemlerde ortaya çıkan kavraml ar\, tartışmalar ve sorgulamalar aracılığıyla günümüze ulaşmış \; akademik bağlamda ise bu mirası koruma\, derinleştirme ve yeni tart ışma alanları açma işlevini üstlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte felsefi çalışmalar\, üretildikleri akademik çevrelerin doğası gereği çoğ u zaman uzun vadeli etki döngüleri içinde gelişmektedir.\nBuna karşı lık günümüz akademik ortamı\, düşünsel üretimin daha kısa sürel i döngüler içinde dolaşıma girmesini\, araştırmaların erken aşama larda görünürlük kazanmasını ve disiplinler arası etkileşimin diji tal platformlar aracılığıyla daha dinamik biçimde sürdürülmesini t eşvik etmektedir. Felsefe\, yalnızca kuramsal çözümlemelerle değil\, aynı zamanda düşünsel formasyonun aktarımı yoluyla küresel ölçek te etkisini genişleten bir alan olarak bu dönüşümün merkezinde yer a lmaktadır.\nBu çerçevede uygulamalı felsefe\, kavramsal derinliği kor uyarak araştırma süreçlerinin daha etkileşimli\, erişilebilir ve ulu slararası ölçekte görünür biçimde ilerlemesine imkân tanır. Kongre kapsamında katılımcılara ka tılım sertifikası verilecektir.\n \nABOUT THE CONGRESS\nPhilosophy is one of the most fundamental forms of thought through which the intellectua l heritage of humanity has been preserved and transmitted. Across differen t historical periods\, this heritage has evolved through concepts\, debate s\, and critical inquiries. In the academic context\, philosophy assumes t he task of preserving this intellectual accumulation\, deepening it\, and opening new fields of discussion. At the same time\, philosophical work of ten develops within long-term cycles of impact shaped by the nature of aca demic environments.\nIn contrast\, the contemporary academic landscape inc reasingly encourages the circulation of ideas within shorter cycles\, the early visibility of research\, and the dynamic maintenance of interdiscipl inary interaction through digital platforms. Philosophy\, not only through theoretical analysis but also through the transmission of intellectual fo rmation\, plays a central role in this transformation by extending its inf luence on a global scale.\nIn this respect\, applied philosophy provides a field in which conceptual depth is preserved while research processes bec ome more interactive\, accessible\, and internationally visible. Hybrid ac ademic event models combine the intellectual intensity of face-to-face int eraction with the accessibility of online environments\, accelerating the circulation of philosophical production and enabling researchers from diff erent countries to engage within a shared intellectual framework.\nThis co ngress aims to strengthen the global dissemination of philosophical knowle dge\, enhance international academic interaction\, and enable intellectual contributions to reach a broader academic audience.\nThe congress will be held in a hybrid format.\nInternational Congress of Applied Philosophy 20 27 Spring brings together studies addressing the ethical\, aesthetic\, epi stemological\, ontological\, and methodological dimensions of philosophy.
