Submission Guidelines

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Multi-Author Submissions
One author must upload the abstracts to the system. The responsible author will add the other relevant authors during the abstract upload process. However, each co-author must register separately in the Indico system after receiving the email notification following the submission. If they have not received an email, they must join the Indico system using the email address they registered with during abstract submission.

Organised Panels
For panel submissions, please enter the main title of the panel in the 'Title' section. Then, provide a 200-word justification for the panel in the 'Content' section, as well as a 200-word abstract for each presentation, including relevant titles. Please remember to select 'Organized Panel' from the track section. Additionally, as with multiple authors, ensure that all other participants are registered in the Indico system after submission.
