In-person registration includes:
- Attendance at all Congress sessions
- Daily Congress catering (coffee breaks and lunch — lunch box or open buffet, depending on the program)
- A ticket to the Welcome Reception
The Opening Cocktail will take place at the Institut Français d’Études Anatoliennes (IFEA)
- A visit to the Istanbul University Observatory Research and Application Center, followed by an evening reception with light refreshments.
The venue for the reception is kindly provided by the Istanbul University Observatory Research and Application Center
Payment Information
Participation
The conference will be held in person at Istanbul University from 16 to 19 September 2025. Please note that there will be no online or hybrid participation options.
Accepted participants are required to complete the registration fee payment after the announcement of accepted abstracts (from 10 May 2025 onwards).
The deadline for payment is 30 June 2025.
Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds can be issued for cancellations made after this deadline.
The registration fee will be managed and collected by Scientiae's administrative team.

Refund Policy
You may request a refund if written notification is received by Sunday, 17 August 2025 (30 days before the event). Cancellations received after 17 August 2025 will not be eligible for a refund due to financial commitments and vendor agreements.
Non-attendance will be treated as a same-day cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
