Payment Information
Accepted participants are required to complete the registration fee payment after the announcement of accepted abstracts (from 2 May 2025 onwards). The deadline for payment is 30 June 2025.
The registration fee will be managed and collected by Scientiae's administrative team.
The acceptance notification will provide detailed information on registration, payment methods, and options and will be shared soon.
